Hello there! I'm Larry Kolasensky and I'm the owner of LBK Nutrition YOUR Way, LLC. I am a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Personal Trainer, and have over 8 years of experience in the Nutrition/Fitness industry.
My goal is to give you realistic and simple strategies that lead to lasting change you will be able to use for the rest of YOUR life. My programs focus on a customized approach, tailored to YOUR needs (no "cookie cutter" plans here). YOUR diet will include mostly whole foods, but we also work around YOUR personal needs, preferences, and schedule.
